Vitality are BLAST Rivals Spring 2026 champions. Another Bo5 final, another 3-0, another trophy flight back to Paris. The world’s number one dismantled NaVi in Fort Worth on Sunday to claim their fifth consecutive title this season, extending a playoff map win streak that now sits at a staggering 27 maps.

That number puts them ahead of every era-defining team in tracked CS history except NiP’s 2012-13 roster, who strung together 36 in a row. At this rate, even that record is on borrowed time.

The Nuke Comeback That Broke NaVi

The final should have started as a disaster for Vitality. On Nuke, NaVi ripped off 11 consecutive T-side rounds to open the series, the kind of lead that wins maps in regulation 99% of the time. makazze was electric, iM was hitting everything, and for the first time all tournament it looked like someone had found a crack in the armor.

Then Vitality switched to CT. And they simply did it right back.

ropz won a clutch at 4 HP that flipped momentum entirely. ZywOo and mezii followed with clutches of their own. Vitality went flawless on their CT half, dragged the map to overtime, and closed it out 16:12. NaVi had held an 11-0 lead and walked away with nothing.

Anubis and Dust2: The Lights Go Out

Anubis was NaVi’s pick, and they fought hard. The first half ended 6:6, and Aleksib’s side actually pushed ahead to 11-9 in the second. Then Vitality won four straight rounds to steal it 13:11. The pattern was brutal in its simplicity: every time NaVi reached for the finish line, Vitality pulled it further away.

Dust2 was a formality. Vitality blitzed the T side 10:2, and NaVi had nothing left. The final scoreline of 13:3 was the most lopsided map of the entire tournament. Three maps, three wins, zero doubt about who the best team in the world is right now.

ropz and ZywOo: Two Stars, Two Different Finals

ropz was the best player on the server across all three maps. His final stat line read 60-38 K/D, an 81.6 ADR, and a monstrous 1.55 rating. He had not won a single clutch in the entire tournament before the grand final. He won seven during it.

ZywOo took home his 32nd career MVP award, posting a 1.34 rating across 11 maps played. He joked afterward that he robbed his teammates of the honor this time. He probably did. But nobody at Vitality seems to mind.

Vitality’s Five Titles in a Row Make CS2 History

The 2026 Vitality trophy list is getting absurd. IEM Krakรณw, PGL Cluj-Napoca, BLAST Open Rotterdam, IEM Rio (where they clinched a historic second ESL Grand Slam), and now BLAST Rivals Fort Worth. Five events attended since the season started. Five trophies won. The only blemish on their 2026 record is a semifinal loss to Falcons at BLAST Bounty Season 1 back in January.

They came to Texas with reportedly zero practice after the Rio Grand Slam. They still swept the bracket without dropping a map in playoffs. They still 3-0’d the second-best team in the world in a Bo5. apEX and his squad are playing at a level where preparation is apparently optional.

What’s Next

IEM Atlanta starts May 11. Then the biggest test of all: the IEM Cologne Major from June 2 to 21. A Major win would cement 2026 as the most dominant single-year run any CS roster has ever produced. For NaVi, the question is simpler and more painful. They have now played two grand finals against Vitality this season, at Rotterdam and Fort Worth, and have not been able to take a single map in either. At some point, being the best team in the world that is not Vitality stops being a consolation.

Vitality’s BLAST Rivals 2026 results confirm what the rest of the scene already suspected: this is not just an era. It is the era. And it is nowhere close to over.
